DescriptionThe error is developed after performing the update to version 21Q2 that is in QAA status.

When making a verified return when there is a promotion, if the rate is without taxes, charge the order and when paying, the final amount changes.

Steps To Reproduce1- Configure rate without taxes on the webpos
2- Configure 100% discount of the User Defined Percentage type
3- Make a sale by applying the previous discount to one of the lines
4- Make the verified return and make payment, the total amount is modified
