Description

This issue contains what originally was step #3 from [1]. It was extracted because the severity of that point was smaller, and the effort was bigger (it requires to implement a manual scroll instead of relying on the native one)

Steps To Reproduce

On WebPOS:
- Open a keymap that has several pages
- While paginating, notice the not uniform speed of the movement. It starts at the speed of the swipe, then it moves noticeably slower for an instant, then it completes the movement. The expected behaviour is an smooth transition speed until it slows down just before the end.
