The search for the product using the selector. Trying to search by name or UPC doesn't work

Changed to Design Defect and removed resolution time.

This is a well known issue. The selector searches for many criterias at the same time by concatenating "ORs", which kills the performance. The solution will come with the AWO Frontend refactor where the UI will specify the criteria to use for filtering.

Meanwhile an adhoc solution should be applied to the affected customer. If they want to search by UPC, then change the query to filter only by UPC.
