0047324: JIRA 2206 - Ingenico - no ticket on terminal if payment is refused
When payment through Axis C3 is refused, no customer receipt is printed in order to indicate the payment transaction failed.
Tested with a channel touchpoint correctly configured in Axis C3 terminal configuration available in the related menu on BO (cf. this doc http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/Retail:AXISC3_Payment_Provider [^] [^])

Log in WebPOS
Start a new ticket
Add several products in your basket
Switch to payment mode
Select Card as payment method
The amount to pay is forwarded to the terminal payment (tested with an Ingenico desk/5000)
insert a dev credit card
fill in the pin code but without validating
Wait around 5 seconds
The payment is refused and a pop-up is displayed to indicate the error
--> No receipt printed in order to indicate it.
