0004731: Requisition: Not possible to select a Project

Description

Procurement Management || Transactions || Requisition

There is no field for 'project' to relate a Requisition to a project.

The requester of the Requisition will know the Project that it's related to, so the field should be available to select on the Requisition, so that the information appears on the Purchase Order.

The project information on the Purchase Order is used for reporting, so it's important that a project is selected when applicable.

Steps To Reproduce

Work around is to create a Purchase Order from the Requisition, go to the PO, reactivate and select a Project and complete again, but that's quite cumbersome.
