Summary0047229: api-change removal of old EMail, EMailAuthenticator, Email_data.xsql files
Description3.0MP9 release changed configuration of and email sending and made a couple of classes obsolete (9 years ago).

This deletes those classes:
- org.openbravo.erpCommon.businessUtility.EMail
- org.openbravo.erpCommon.businessUtility.EMailAuthenticator

It also deleted the xsql files marked as public
- org/openbravo/erpCommon/businessUtility/Email_data.xsql
