0047214: remove deprecated email config columns in AD_Client

Description

The following columns were deprecated in 21Q3 and are not used anymore, they should be removed:

 ad_column_id | tablename |     columnname

 4771         | AD_Client | SMTPHost
 6557         | AD_Client | RequestEMail
 6558         | AD_Client | RequestFolder
 6559         | AD_Client | RequestUser
 6560         | AD_Client | RequestUserPW
 7792         | AD_Client | IsSmtpAuthorization

Note UpgradeToPoc module script to update from MP9 reads these columns.
