DescriptionAs per discussion in mail-thread "AXIS C3Agent java libraries.
External" (ARO,SHU) and feedback from Ingenico looks like we can

- remove rxtxcomm.jar from the project
- Probably also rxtxcomm.dll (as most likely just called from the jar)
- Probably also remove jna-4.2.2.jar

It depends how you integrate C3 Agent, if you are only using JC3ApiInterfaceNet, and you do not require to start PCL on Windows (jc3api.pcl.startbefore=false), then you can remove jna-4.2.2.jar from your project.
