DescriptionThis jar library should be upgrade from our currently used 1.8.3 version to the latest 1.9.4

Known dependencies in backoffice:
- jasperreports >=1.9.0
- commons-digester >= 1.8.3 (itself being dependency of jasperreports)
- commons-bewixt >= 1.7.0 (betwixt + beanutils being dependency of dbsm)
