0047052: JIRA 2056 - Approval - last user & pwd are pre filled

Description

Security, GDPR and approval issue because, by default the username and the password have to be remove when it is needed to approve an action. Now these fields are always pre-filled.
No fields has to be filled in, the manager has to fill in all his information connection.

Steps To Reproduce

Switch to training mode
Fill in the password and username of a manager
Switch again to the normal mode
All manager information are pre-filled

Proposed Solution

The problem seems to be related with the functionality of the browser that allows to store passwords.
If this is the case, the fields for the approvals (both the user name and the password) should disable this behavior and nothing should be stored.
