DescriptionOn newwebPos, when switching to offline mode and viewing the pending message.

In some cases Description and name are KO :
--> the description is a date (tests done on livebuilds and agapes envir)
--> the name is a technical name (for the return ticket for example)

It should be better to display something correct for every pending messages

The names should be properly translated.
As for the descriptions, maybe this entries should not be included in this window for all the users instead.
