| Summary | 0046619: In a Sales Quotations: a service can't be linked to a product in the backoffice |
| Description | When you create a Sales Quotation in the backoffice, and need to link a service to a product, it appears an error. |
| Steps To Reproduce | PREVIOUS STEPS.
- Configuration of the services: AC_Sales and Freight_Sales (configuration in the pdf attached).
- Add both of them to the "Price List" and "Assortment".
- The product "Baby carrier" has to have "Home delivery" as default delivery mode configuration.
STEPS
1. Create the header of the Sales Quotation
2. Add the product baby carrier to the Sales Quotation.
3. Add the service product (AC_Sales or Freight_Sales).
4. Book the Sales Quotation.
After that, appears the next error message: "Missing Service Relation. At least one order line contains a service linked to product but relation to the product is missing" |

As The White Valley Group Admin:
Go to Product window and create two products as below:
Product 1:
Search Key = AC_Sales
Name = AC_Sales
Tax Category = Exento
UPC/EAN = AC_Sales
Product Type = Service
Go to Service Product section and set as follow:
Linked to Product = 'Y'
Included Product Categories = All excluding defined
Included Products = All excluding defined
Proposal Type = Optional Proposal
Go to Product Price tab and add a new record:
Price List Version = The White Valley Group Sale Price List Version
Unit Price = List Price = 15.00
Product 2:
Search Key = Freight_Sales
Name = Freight_Sales
Tax Category = Exento
UPC/EAN = Freight_Sales
Product Type = Service
Go to Service Product section and set as follow:
Linked to Product = 'Y'
Included Product Categories = All excluding defined
Included Products = All excluding defined
Proposal Type = Optional Proposal
Go to Product Price tab and add a new record:
Price List Version = The White Valley Group Sale Price List Version
Unit Price = List Price = 10.00
Search product "Baby carrier" and set "Home delivery" as default delivery mode configuration.
Go to Assortment window and select White Valley Group Product List assortment.
Add AC_Sales and Freight_Sales products to the assortment.
Go to Sales Quotation window and create header for VallBlanca Store and The White Valley Group Sale Price List.
Add 10 units of Baby carrier.
Add 1 unit of AC_Sales product service.
Book the Sales Quotation and notice the process ends successfully. |

Test Plan 2: Testing order created from Web POS
Log in VBS-1
Search for product "Baby carrier" and add to the ticket.
From the line tap on selector for services.
Select "Fit in the car" service.
Tap on amount to pay.
Tap on Pay Total and Done.
Notice the ticket is paid successfully.
Go to ERP.
Navigate to the Sales Order window.
Select the order previously created.
Select the line related to the service: "Fit in the car"
Go to Related Products tab.
Notice there is a relation to the order line with Baby Carrier product. |

The issue is wrongly reported. The reporter is not complaining about this concrete error, but he's expecting this functionality to work in the ERP in the same way as it works in the POS.
Product Services feature works only from the POS, so this issue is rejected. |
