| Summary | 0046513: [21Q2] The "Close Till" process cannot be started if a paid ticket is open |
| Description | An error message saying "There are pending receipts, cashup cannot be started" is displayed when the "Close Till" process is launched and an old ticket is open in the Main screen.
In the current (enyo) POS, an intermediate window is shown and the user can delete all the pending receipts, while it is true that "delete" is not the actual action since the ticket is not pending, but the ticket is closed instead. |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. From the Main screen and with no tickets open, go to "Orders"
2. Pick any paid ticket, the ticket is shown in the Main screen.
3. Notice that, being a read-only ticket, the "Delete Order" button has changed to "Close Order" as expected
4. Click the "Close Till" menu option
5. Notice the error message "There are pending receipts, cashup cannot be started" |
