0046406: JIRA 1516 - The reserved quantity of a product should cumulate reservations on its own and as component

Description

When a product is sold alone or as a component of a menu, only the reserved quantity as a product in displayed in the keymap.

It doesn't apply for a component as it must display the quantity selected for the menu

Steps To Reproduce

1. Pick a product that is available alone and in a menu.
2. on the POS, create an order and add this menu
3. update the quantity of the menu to a value >1
4. check reserved quantity for the product where it can be selected alone
=> nothing is displayed
