0004634: Click [Cancel] in Location selector will clear the data.
User may open the "Location selector" from the Location/Address field. However, if they click [Cancel], data in Location/Address will be cleared. It should not be expected.
1. Open Warehouse Management || Setup || Warehouse and Storage Bins || Warehouse
2. Click icon on the end of Location/Address.
3. Click [Cancel] in the pop-up Location selector window.
4. Those original data in the field will be erased.

Is not very "usable" but is the way of clearing previous selection. This happens not only on the Location selector, but in all selectors.
There is a feature request to change this behavior.

After having received the reason from bug closing notice, I would like to reqest Openbravo reopen and consider Dr Ben Shneiderman released his Eight Gold Rules on Interface Design Principles. Similarly, lets consider heuristic revaluation announced by Jakob Nielsen H2-2 and H2-4 in 2001.
The follows are two of principles.
1. Cater for universal usability; H2-2 Match between system and real world.
Every people are familiar the 'Cancel' in applications as not to do anything.
2. Strive for consistency; H2-4 Consistency and standards.
Some 'Cancel' do nothing, but some reset/clear the data is inconsistency.

Please consider to label 'Clear' instead 'Cancel' for the button.
I think that it is not a funtion issue, but its about interface design issue of HCI.
