0000463: Subversion integration: the "resolves issue xxx" should be deleted from the comment added to Mantis
When svnbot adds the commit message as a note to an issue, the regular expression part (e.g., fixes bug 1234, issue 256) is redundant inside the issue note and could be deleted.

I do not agree in this one. Having the exact commit message is useful. Plus it can lead to strange messages. Example:

Before -> This fixes bug 0000463, related to issue 0000460.
After -> This related to issue 0000460.

Even if we could avoid strange filtered message, I wouldn't do this.

As jpabloae said, it's better to leave the "resolves issue xxx" string there. Taking that string away, makes some commits comments difficult to understand; while leaving the string there doesn't hurt anyone.
