0004623: Balance Sheet: Error in filter

Description

Error: The "Show selected level only" check is bad managed. When is no
visible, the filter takes it into account.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to Financial Management >> Accounting >> Analysis Tools >> Balance Sheet
Steps:
1.-Fill up the following fields: From Date=01-01-2006 //
Organization=California
2.-Select in "Account Level" the value "Account" and press the "HTML
Format" button. See the results, we call RESULATADO_1 to him.
3.-Now, select the option “Subaccount” and unmark check "Show selected
level only". NOT TO PRESS THE "HTML Format" BUTTON.
4.-Select again "Account" and press the button. It leaves another result
different from RESULATADO_1. That is to say, it has considered in the
filter the marked/unmarked of check that is hidden.
