Summary0046211: JIRA 1566 - stock server threshold is not resetting when doing a reinit
DescriptionWhen clicking on button "Remise à zéro/Reset" in stock menu window.
Then click on "Reinit"

=> Threshold are not set to 0 (both restaurant and central)
Steps To ReproduceCreate a web reservation for a product in stock
Create an order with a product in stock

Connect to POS and stock server window.
=> both reservation should be available for the product
- click on "Reset" button
- select "Delete reservation" and click on "Reinit"
=> reservation are still available for the product
