0045805: Max Length property is not working on OB.UI.renderTextProperty
The maxLength property of OB.UI.renderTextProperty is not working properly, the user can input a large String value
Go to modalreceiptlineproperties.js set a maxLength of 5 to the receiptLineDescription attribute (name: 'receiptLineDescription')
Log in in VBS-1
Add Avalanche Transceiver product to a new receipt
Check you can set a value greater than 5 in line description
The maxLength property is wrong should be maxlength

Issue is duplicated (was already fixed for 21Q2). We attached a backport to it for 20Q1 anyway.
