Summary0004579: General Accounting Report Format
DescriptionThe output format of numbers in this report (General Accounting Report) is not always the same. Output formt should be always numbers with 2 decimals length. At the moment, the report shows numbers as:
12 or 12,58 or 12,5 but should be always the same length: 12,00 ; 12,58 ; 12,50

Also, in the header exists one line that overwrites the name of the company.

Fixes bug 0004579. General Accounting Reports number format changed. The header doesn't overwrite the company's name anymore.
