Descriptionit is necessary to include this new rtserver payment groups:

(4) = Ticket restaurant
(5) = Non riscosso servizi (Not paid for service)
(6) = Non riscosso fatture (Not paid after invoice)
(7) = Non riscosso DCR a SSN (Not paid for National Social Healthy)
(8) = Sconto a pagare (Payment Discount)
(9) = Non Riscosso Omaggio (Not paid for item not delivered - deposit)

All of them do not participate in lottery
