Steps To ReproduceBackend:
1. Configure a discount: Free Products per Total Amount
2. Configure a discount: Variable Discount per Total Amount

Web POS:
1. Add two products defined in Product tab of "Free Products per Total Amount" discount, one as gift.
2. Add the second discount.

Result: The by total discount is applied to the free product. See attached image.

The issue is not reproducible in releases >=19Q4, but we attached a fix for 19Q3.
