0045141: Audit Trail shows the hour in UTC as in the server
On an instance deployed on a server, Audit Trail button shows the hour in UTC format as in the server, it doesn't change the hour to be shown in the same format as the customer hour (ie: the hour shown in Audit section and Updated field is shown correctly)
* go to an instance deployed on a server different from yours
* window Business Partner, select one
* change a field (ie: commercial name) and save
* undo the change and save again
* click on button Audit Trail and compare modification date with customer date

* note that if Audit Trail is deactivated one can activate it from Tables & Columns (as system admin) table c_bpartner and field Fully Audited checked (after that it will be necessary to stop tomcat and compile)

This issue would require extra effort to fix(as is), instead it should be fixed by using 3.0 technology in the Audit Trail popup. More info on issue 40479.

Note: Migrating the popup to 3.0 technology would also fix other issues regarding this popup and is overall the better option.
