0044941: Ticket printing twice when completing in SCO
When completing ticket in SCO,
By default, ticket is printed from POS, and Welcome message is triggered from POS
In SCO, when completing the ticket with Print Ask option, receipt print and welcome message are triggered from POS.
After that
   - It will ask user whether to print receipt or not after completing the receipt
     If user clicks Yes, then receipt will be printed and Welcome message will be triggered. Else, if user clicks No, Welcome message should be triggered
     Here, POS receipt print and welcome message should be prevented
Open SCO
Add product or Bag
Select Print Ask
Complete the payment and print the ticket
In Hardware Manager, Ticket printed twice and Welcome message triggered twice
