Summary0044852: handlebars.js library in hardwaremanager is outdated and should be updated
DescriptionHardwaremanager contains this js-library included from its index.html & status.html pages.

The version 4.0.6 is outdated and should be updated to the latest.

Additionally:
- It is missing entry for its licensing in legal/Licensing.txt
- a processTemplate.js is unclear if also 3rd party code of written by Openbravo
  - It should either get a proper OB copyright header or also its correct info
 added ti Licensing.txt if it is a 3rd part component.
