Summary0044811: Support for old-style callout (HttpServletBased and not SimpleCallout) should be removed totally even when used in manual HTML
DescriptionIssue 44803 is about removing leftover usage of old-style callout in context of their use as part of standard windows (ad_callout, FormInitializationComponent).

On top of those there are a couple of more old 'callout like' usage being used in manual old HTML which eventually should also be removed.

This issue is to track those.
