0044804: [AWO] - Order preparation gets duplicated if it already exists for so line

Description

CLEAR PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
- When automatic reservation function it's used through AWO, the reservation created initially duplicates the quantity (it retrieves a reservation by the double of the order quantity). We think this is incorrect, it should work as it works in the traditional picking module, i.e. if the order already has a pending reservation associated, it doesn't generate a new one.

Steps To Reproduce

Recreation Steps - bugs (Mandatory)
1) Preference "Enable Stock Reservations" = Y
2) Create an order, a unique line with 1 unit of any stockable product.
3) In orderline set "Stock Reservation" = Automatic
4) Process sales order, verify that it generates a new a reservation for Q = 1, Q reserved = 1, released = 0, for the product and last order line
5) Execute in the window "Sales order line picking", the order line and click on the button done.
6) Verify that it generates correctly through AWO with transaction type "Picking Sales Order" 1 unit
7) Check the reservation stock in the order line and verify that now its a reservation of 2 unit when the order has only 1 unit. ERROR.
