0004442: AD_WINDOW.ISSOTRX default value
Taking into account how the traditional AD_SYNCRONIZE process used to work, it is more logical to have a default value ISSOTRX='Y'

Otherwise, although the associated elements to the fields on that window are translated, the fields do not get translated.

Before, the syncronize terminology process used to work for all windows (not depending on the window type (purchase/sales)).
Now, this process takes into account the window type. But the user usually thinks a normal window type is Sales Window (the users thinks the first 4 fields of the element will be used in the syncronization process).
The point is that the default value for a window is (purchase type window), so the syncronization process uses the last 4 fields instead of the first 4 fields to translate the window fields.
That is why, I suggest to change default value ISSOTRX='Y' on AD_WINDOW.

Due the fix for bug 4550, new the translate behavior has been modified, translating correctly for both window types.
