Summary0000441: Custom fields indicating application path
DescriptionA great dificult is localize a bug. I´m think, we need a unique identifier viewable in window , tab or report, that´s permite to localize a bug.
At this moment we can use the menu path from user "Openbravo" to application, to filter search.

I don't understand your request. Are you asking for a field where you can save the breadcrumb (e.g., 'Sales Management || Transactions || Sales Order || Header') of the window you are using?

If that's what you are asking for, wouldn't it be enough to put that breadcrumb in the description of the bug? Remember that the description is also searchable.

adding this path to text is not obligatory and one person will put it different of another, inviability search and frustrating users that search a bug, don´t find it and insert a duplicate bug. This don´t work today at sourceforge.
Applications like SAP have a unique code code identifying a transaction. This facilities a search for a bug in custom field, making help and direct access to transaction, this identification must be a concatenation of WINDOWS and TAB ( Application Dictionary || Windows, Tabs, and Fields || Window >> Tab) , for example in ALERT configuration use this.
If it´s a report ou process use the identification inserted in Application Dictionary || Report and Process || Report & Process.

This identification must have visible to end user.
Because this , it not have direct relation with menu.
