Adds some preferences and messages that haven't been translated yet
For example:

GCNV_GiftCardInitialBalanceInvalid : Gift Card Initial Balance cannot be empty
-> preference:
GCNV_UseListPriceAsInitialBalanceForGiftCard : WebPOS Use List Price as Initial Balance For GiftCard
Check the rest of messages and preferences on the first patch of that issue
