| Summary | 0004362: Table R_MailText is marked as Not Implemented so Send Mail Text process will not work | ||||
| Description | When opening Send Mail Text process window I have to choose values for "Email template" and "Area of Interest" (wrongly labeled "Interesting Area"). While the second one can be found on Business Partner > Contact > Interest Area, the first one is on a non active window that points to a Not Implemented table. | Proposed Solution | There are two ways to solve the inconsistency: One is to revert the clean up made about R_MailText and reactivate the Mail Template window and tab. The second is to deprecate the Send Mail Text process. Please note that by choosing the second one would result in loosing functionality, I strongly believe first option is the correct one. | ||||
