0004356: Improve Business Partner management when used for Sales Representatives
Currently, on OpenbravoERP it is very difficult to set up a Business Partner to act as Sales Representative. For example, on Sales Dimensional Report there are two fields for filtering, Commercial Document and Commercial File. The first one shows the Business Partners, with the Sales Representative check on Employee tab and with a Contact filled in Contact tab. The second shows the same, but adding those with no contacts.
It is very hard to figure out what these fields contain, and the whole process to setting this up is not intuitive at all.
Users should have a way to find out the conceptual link between the fields and the conditions. A Commercial is a concept that is not used when creating Business Partner. And is almost a Sales Representative, but "Commercial Document" is one and "Commercial File" is other subset of Sales Representative.
Adding info on related Help file would be also a good practice.
