0004301: Combo organization in create lines from. Window Bankstatement

Description

In button create lines from exists the organization combo. This combo has the value * and this is wrong. In previous versions there was the blank option so it worked. Now you don't have that option and the first one is * so no payments are shown until you change the organization.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to receivables and payment->Transactions->Bank statement
2. Click new and save
3. Click create lines from

Proposed Solution

-Remove the * organization
-Put again the blank option
