Summary0042926: [20Q1] [NewSkin] Scrolling in Cashup window doesn't work in touch devices - count ipad
DescriptionScrolling in the steps of the Cashup window, in the "Count Cash" step, the scroll is entirely broken in the iPad.

This issue is a major functionality regression, as it isn't reproducible prior to the introduction of the skinnable POS / new skin.
Steps To Reproduce0. Log in the POS as user "vallblanca"
1. Select the "Cash up" option from the dropdown menu
2. Try to scroll in some touch device
NOTICE that on the iPad using the Safari browser, it is not possible to scroll through the items in any way, thus making it impossible to count the larger bills
