Summary | 0042899: [20Q1] Returning a non returnable Gift Card does not work as expected in some circumstances | ||||||||||||||||||
Description | From the Gift Cards pop up I have the option of returning a Gift Card. This feature works well, except in the case of a ticket with a non returnable product. In this case the gift card is added to the ticket as it were bought again. | ||||||||||||||||||
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Having a valid gift card, add a product to a ticket 2. Go to Gift Cards menu, select the gift card and click "return" 3. A message is shown "Do you want to change the receipt to a return?" 4. Accept the message and check that you are returning the added product and the gift card as expected. 5. Delete the ticket 6. Add again the product 7. Go to Gift Cards menu, and this time use "Apply" to pay the product with the Gift Card 8. Go again to the Gift Cards menu, this time use "return" 9. As in step 3, a message is shown. 10. Accept the message. Another message "GIFTCARD is not returnable is shown" 11. Notice the ticket now has an extra line with the full price of the gift card to be paid. See attached screenshot. | ||||||||||||||||||
