Summary0042756: [20Q1] [UX] Tax information pane has an irregular scrolling on touch devices
DescriptionWhen trying to scroll the green tax pane section that is below the ticket/receipt, an irregular scrolling happens. This incorrect scrolling is manifested in the
following way:

- Scrolling doesn't stay / bounces back to the original position, specially noticeable on the vertical layout, as depicted in the following video:

This behaviour isn't specific to the newly introduced skin, but the opportunity should to make the scrolling work correctly. Tested on the Galaxy Tab A6.
Steps To Reproduce0. Log in the POS as user "vallblanca"
1. Add several items with different taxes to the ticket via the "Browse" or "Search" tabs
2. Try to scroll the tax section both on the vertical and horizontal layout on the tablet
NOTICE that the scrolling doesn't stay and bounces back when trying to check the latter lines
