0004249: Incorrect Price precision defined for United Kindom GB Pound

Description

The Price Precision for GB Pound currency is set to zero in the standard product release.

The result of this is that new users find that they cannot define a price with pence when entering a product price on an invoice line.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a Purchase Invoice
Create a new line defining a price of 9.99 and watch it change to 10

Proposed Solution

To correct in the current version:
Set the role to clientAdmin
Go to General setup/Application/Currency
Select GBP British Pound
Change Price Precision from 0 to 2
Save record.

Please change this permanently in the trunk so that ever new user does not have to spend 2 hours figuring out how to fix this.

You might also check ALL the currencies for sensible defaults. Most of them are currently zero when the Std_Precision is non zero.

I would recommend that the Price precision be set the the same value as the Std precision for ALL currencies as the default in the release Openbravo product.

Please find attached a dump of C_currency with these changes made.
