DescriptionIf you set a discount with date starting today, the incremental refresh doesn't apply the discount.
However it applies if you do a full refresh
Steps To ReproduceTested in retail_modules_pgsql_pi as whitevalley group admin role
 Login in POS
 Login in Backend
 Go to Discount and promotion window
 Create a discount with staring date Today
 Incremental refresh in POS and doesn't apply the discount

Note: In the request the JSon has the discount but is not storing in the local database

With the proposed steps to reproduce we were not able to reproduce the issue. For us the discount is correctly updated, and it is then applied properly.
