Summary | 0041923: [19Q4] First login after updating generates an error
Description | In the first login after an update of the environment, an error message is shown, Failed to load Application Cache. After pressing the Ok button, the login resumes and the main page is shown. And following logins do not show the issue anymore.
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Have an environment with a QAA release (e.g. 19Q3) 2. Log in as vallblanca user and check that the main page is shown with no issues. 3. Update the environment to a QA release (e.g. 19Q4) and run an install source. 4. Log in as vallblanca user and check an error message shown as the attached screenshot. 5. Click ok and check that login is successful at the end.
