0041918: inactive data is not marked in UI
Normally, when some data is removed from backend, all the records including this data show some 'check' as for example **.

In case of the deactivated data, this is not happening and can make user doubt.

-Create a new record with an existing (and active) data. Save it
-Go to the data recorded and deactivate it
-Go back to the record generated in the first step and check that the data has not any mark to let the user know that the data is deactivated

This kind of data could show a mark as the removed data do.

Inactive data is marked with ** for some references but not for others. Note it is flagged only in form view but not in grid, this is done by performance reasons and shouldn't be changed.
