Synchronize Terminology Fails when a Translation is created with the same language that the module

Steps To Reproduce

- Create a new module
- Create a translation with the same language that the module
- Create a new template and put in development
- Go to Element window
- Select any element and add a translation for this element with the same language of the module
For example element with the name: Abc
- Create a new Translation with a different name
For example ABCDEFG
-Do the Synchronize Terminology Process

The error "more than one row returned by a subquery used as an expression" appears.
