| Summary | 0041357: [19Q3] [HA] A mandatory login is required when the connected Tomcat stops unexpectedly |
| Description | While working in a High Availability environment, in the case of a Tomcat stop, all terminals connected to such server will switch to offline mode. After the cool down timer fires the connection attempt, the user is required to log in again. |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Working in a HA environment with at least two tomcats, login in a terminal
2. While using the terminal for creating tickets, identify which tomcat the terminal is connected to and stop it
3. First observable behaviour, the terminal goes offline.
4. Second observable behaviour, the terminal will keep offline until the cool down timer fires a new connection attempt.
5. Third observable behaviour, a message "The connection was restored... your session timed out... you must log in again" is shown
6. Fourth observable behaviour, the user is redirected to the login page |
