| Description | Each document such as Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoices, Material transactions etc.. will bring more meaning if we can add comments to it. Consider these scenarios:- 1- Purchasing Clerk create PO and process it. Status changed to "underway". 2- Purchasing Exec review the PO and realized that the price for Item A in the PO is under review by the Purchasing Manager. He put a comment to the PO saying just that. 3- Purchasing Clerk, saw that a comment by his/her Exec on the PO and added his/her comment, saying "this PO is urgent. Production going to stop if the PO does not goes out on time." 4- Production Manager saw the PO and added his comment "Please let this document go, we really need the Raw Mat. Or maybe you should answer to the General Manager" 5- The Purchasing Exec upon seeing the comment from Production Manager, got scared, complete the PO, print and release it to the Purchasing Manager for approval. Every document have its own story. The comments will help preserve it. | |||||||||||
