0041324: Error code more specific when doing a cash up offline with terminal hierarchy
Maybe the shown error code “Application server is not available” when trying to do a cash up offline with terminal hierarchy is not very specific, it talks about availability of the server when the problem is that you cannot do a cash up offline with terminal hierarchy as explained here:

(2nd paragraph of that section)
*go to livebuilds, select retail web pos, change url word “VBS-1” for “SVBS3”
*do a cashup online for that slave terminal (necessary for doing the cash up for SVBS1, its master terminal). To do it go to menu>cash up, go next selecting no money until posting it
*change url word “SVBS3” for “SVBS2”, do a cash up for it too
*change url word “SVBS2” for “SVBS1”, turn off your wifi connection, do a cashup, error dialog is shown (talking about server availability instead of no connectivity)
