Summary0041246: Remove compatibility hg hooks when old formatter is no longer supported
Descriptionjslint-hg-hook and jsformatter-hg-hook are hook scripts created to preserve compatibility with both the new and the older formatter.
Those scripts can be safely removed when the minimum version supported is 19Q3, the first one that introduces the new formatter.

Proposed SolutionRemove -hg-hook scripts and start using -hg scripts instead.
