Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Launch the Multidimensional Tax Report:
      From Date: 01-01-2019
      To Date: today
   Organization: F&B España, S.A
   Transaction type: Purchase/Payments transactions

   Check the Summary Per Tax Category shows one line for 'Adquisiciones IVA 21%'

   Go to Tax Rate window
   Deactivate 'Adquisiciones IVA 21%'
   Create a new Tax Rate with the same name
   Create a purchase invoice
   Add a line with that tax rate
   Complete and post it

   Launch the Multidimensional Tax Report again
   Check 'Adquisiciones IVA 21%' is shown three times instead of two

   Check 'Adquisiciones IVA 21%' is shown two times in the Summary Per Tax Category section, the first one related to the deactivated Tax Rate and the other related to the transaction with the copy of the first one.
