| Description | When Store servers have errors in outgoing-batch they retry every second creating spam, if 300 stores have errors outgoing batch at the same time, there will be 300 retries failing in central database every second while the error is not fixed |
| Steps To Reproduce | In an environment with store server, create an outgoing batch in status Error, this batch will try to synchronize every second |
| Proposed Solution | Stop the synchronization from store to central when there is an error in the outgoing_batch or increase incrementally the wait time to retry (1+2+4+8+16...) |
