Summary0040973: Conversion rate can not be changed with Accruals Deferrals transactions
Descriptionwhen accounting is created in the future by Accruals Deferrals module, it is not possible to change the conversion rate although the conversion rate is not used
Steps To Reproduce. go to Conversion Rate window
- create record from 01-05-2019 to 31-05-2019:
  - rate: 1
- create record from 01-06-2019 to 31-12-2019:
  - rate: 2

. configure Accruals Deferrals

. create and complete a Purchase Invoice using Accruals Deferrals for the next 12 months
 - Date Account: 15-05-2019
. POST it-> accounting records are created for the next 12 months, but the conversion rate used is for 15-05-2019

. go to Conversion Rate window
- update record from 01-06-2019 to 31-12-9999: change the rate to 3 -> Error is returned:
Saving failed. Cannot modify used rate
