0040846: Add popup in case of Timeout when loading a Mobile service
When the incremental data load in POS exceeds the timeout of a mobile service, the error message that can be seen in the attached image is displayed in the console, but nothing is shown on screen.
it is possible to set the timeout of a Mobile Service to 1 so that the timeout is easily exceeded.
In case of full masterdata refresh, a popup is already shown to the user once it finishes, explaining which models failed.

In the case of incremental masterdata refresh, a popup should also be shown, but in this case the user should be allowed to use the application. The idea is to know which model failed, so that the user can decide if it is important and needs to relogin or not.
