DescriptionScrim is hidden on Close Drawer Popup allowing to click everywhere.

It does not happen in PI but it happens in 18Q4 and 19Q1.

Open HWM
Configure Cash Payment Method with Open Drawer Before Closing Ticket

Fixed issue 40811 : Scrim should not be hidden when close drawer popup is opened

* If Preference 'Close drawer before continue' ie enabled, Scrim should not be hidden until the drawer is closed in HW Manager
